TriBecca’s Sandwich Shop is a counter-service restaurant located in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood. Founded by Chef and Owner Becca Grothe as well as Co-Owners Christine Cikowski and Josh Kulp of Honey Butter Fried Chicken, the restaurant began as a pop-up before finding its brick and mortar location in 2022. TriBecca’s serves nostalgic sandwiches and sides inspired by Chef Grothe’s childhood in the Midwest as well as potato-based donuts made by her husband Cam Waron, founder of Tuber’s Donuts.
